Algunos datos interesantes:
Netflix y “Watchmen” de HBO dominaron las nominaciones al Emmy 2020, que se anunciaron el martes por la mañana, recién pasado.
Netflix rompió el récord de más nominaciones de cualquier red, estudio o servicio de transmisión con 160, superando el número establecido por HBO el año pasado. El canal de películas quedó en segundo lugar con 107 nominaciones.
De acuerdo con el New York Times, la categoría de Serie Limitada o Película de este año será un enfrentamiento entre dos programas ambiciosos que abordaron problemas sociales: “Mrs. America”, el drama de FX y Hulu, y” Watchmen “de HBO. Por su parte, La Mejor Actriz en Serie Dramática pareciera ser una de las categorías más competitivas, con Olivia Colman, Jennifer Aniston y Zendaya recibiendo nominaciones.
